Steps to Print with Black Ink Cartridge When the Color Ink Cartridge is Empty

Step 1: First of all, launch the printer control panel and then press the Menu button. 

Step 2: Use the right and left arrow buttons and then go to the Service setting. After that, press the Enter key.  

Step 3: Now, use the right and left arrow keys again and select "Restore Defaults". Then, you need to press the enter key. 

Step 4: After that, your printer will reset to the original factory default settings

Step 5: Then, go to Computer and then select Print from the file that you wish to print. 

Step 6: Select Properties and then go to the Color tab. 

Step 7: After that, select the option of print in grayscale. 

Step 8: After that, you can begin printing in black and white.
