How to Connect Ricoh Printer to WiFi?

Ricoh printers are one of the best multifunctional printers available in the market. You can also perform scanning and copying functions using these printers.

Connect Ricoh Printer with WiFi- 

Step 1: Before you go ahead and connect the Ricoh printer to the wireless network, you need to first download the drivers on your PC. You can install the driver by using a CD or USB drive. After that, you need to turn on your printer by pressing the power button. 

Step 2: After that, you are required to connect your computer to the wireless network. 

Step 3: Now, press the power key on your printer for at least 2 seconds. If the LED light turns blue, then that means Wi-Fi is enabled on your printer device. 

Step 4: After that, you need to insert the CD for installation and get started with the installation process. 

Step 5: On the installation menu page, you are required to select the option of "Wi-Fi configuration and installation". 

Step 6: After that, the license agreement page will open up before you. Accept the license agreement. 

Step 7: Now, a list of routers will open up before you. 

Step 8: Choose your routers from the list of routers and then select Next. 

Step 9: After that, you are required to enter the password to connect your router. Now, select Next. 

Step 10: Now, you need to select your Ricoh printer from the list and then select Next. 

Step 11: Then, the installation process will start and you will get a setup completion message. 

Step 12: After that, the printer driver will successfully get installed on your computer. Then, the Ricoh printer icon will appear on your desktop.
