Step 2: After that, disconnect the power wire from the power outlet.

Step 3: Let the printer cool down for the next 15 seconds.

Step 4: Reconnect the power wire to the power source and then turn it on.

Step 5: Pull out the paper tray and then load it with white sheets. Check if the paper feeds easily.

Step 6: Realign the paper and then adjust your input tray.

2) Check If the Paper Tray isn't Warped

Carry out the steps mentioned below to check if the paper tray isn't warped.

Step 1: Power off your device and then disconnect the power wire.

Step 2: Remove the paper from the paper tray and then detach the input tray from the device.

Step 3: Please ensure that your paper tray is warped by putting something straight like a scale. If there is a gap of more than 1 mm between the scale and the tray, then that means the tray is warped.

Step 4: If the paper tray is not warped, then you must go ahead with the next step.

Step 5: Put the paper tray in its original position.

Step 6: Rotate your printer towards the side to get access to the underside. After that, you need to hold the Scanner Lid safely.

Step 7: Please ensure that the plastic tab on your paper tray is securely fixed. Try to open and close the tray a few times until the tab gets into the right slot.

Step 8: Turn the printer in its original position. Connect the power cord and then finally press the power button to power on your device. Perform a test print. If the issue is still persisting, then try to fix the issue by applying the next solution.

3) Search for and Take Out Any Material Fragment Blocking the Movement of Your Cartridge Carriage

Below mentioned are the steps that you need to carry out to take out the material fragment blocking the movement of your ink cartridge carriage.
